I'm a bit disappointed at the second story because Stocking's underwear is almost always hidden by her plush toy. Drop the toy, Stocking.

I have to admit. This is by far one of the most interesting things to come about in the past few years. I still don't know what to think of it tho. It's kinda like a train wreck, horrible and devastating, but at the same time captivating and awe inspiring. Needless to say it has my approval, whether it be bad or good.
Everything about this series is so random. Nothing seems to make sense. It seems to be a series that runs on random series of events that have no premise or connection to the previous. I dont know what to think of it either. To me, its not sexy, not even anime since its so close to Cartoon Network style and it looks abyssmal and retarded. However, even though Im never going to watch it, this series is so diverse in its perverted nature, that Im have clicked on all of the panty and stockings headlines on this sight just to see what the fuck is going on and what I should expect next week (I gave up on that already). I think this would be so much sexier if it was a true anime.
It's not random though. It's done in the typical American cartoon type the way many of them are two-parters and have random themes to play on. Think Spongebob or Power Puff Girls or Dexter's Lab.
