The show is overrated just like high school of the dead was last season.
People are just over reacting because the animation is more "americanized" thus different from what we usually see & thus people come to the conclusion that "different" is better.
Just like how a zombie anime is different from what we usually see people went into a crazed frenzy saying it was the best anime ever.
It's the same with Panty & stocking.

Man Panty & Stocking is the shit I love watching it (and I'm from america). as far as this anime being "americanized" it really isn't (it takes a tiny bit from the powerpuff girls but even that's a small percentage). this is an original show that I would like to see on t.v. over here(I can even follow it without subtitles)oh and props to the nujabes comment
