Mariya Ise, the 22-year-old seiyuu currently voicing Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt’s “Stocking,” reports a disturbing encounter on a train in which a creepy otaku apparently recognised her and began onanising in her presence.
Naturally she provides a blow-by-blow account of the incident on her Twitter account:

I got on the train and this guy kept glancing at me… and then he put his rucksack in his lap (so nobody could see what he was doing?), then pulled down his zipper and started touching himself!!!! No way!!!!

Ahhhhhh… that was gross. I pretended not to notice so as not to cause a scene, then switched trains – but what could I have done? If it was Stocking she would have been like “pff, tiny!!” but for me, no way.

well, i assume she was being incognito to an extent, its not like she was wearing a "I am Stocking" shirt, as far as i can tell most seiyuu usually look like an average person, unless its for a special event, even then they still usually dont dress flashy... but seriously... thats a case of discretion fail... getting your insane stalker level creepy act noticed and made public is pretty sad... doing such a thing in the first place is an hero worthy...
