The airing of To Aru Majutsu no Index II has prompted otaku devotion in the form of delicious cake featuring Index and company – the night before the episode aired, one devoted otaku went so far as to commission several cakes from a pastry shop to commemorate the event:
The text reads “Celebration! Index II”, using the series-specific reading for 禁書目録.

That's what I thought (and said, though dropped posts are common on this website...) when I saw it. Those are rather excellent renditions of the people when you consider they were done with frosting on the first try by someone who's probably never drawn them before.

I would hate to have to eat this, but I'd hate it more if the icing started molding, so I suppose you'd have to after a while.
