I must be misunderstanding the meaning of 'moeblob' because half the stuff up there can't really be described as moe-based. Of course that doesn't make much difference, somehow moe became a bad word down the line when it really means nothing. Everyone has moe of some sort if this can be considered moe.
I'm a hetero guy, but at this point I hope they make a male moe just to troll us. ...oh wait, it's Hideyoshi, isn't it. Nevermind.

Objectively speaking, Ritsu's a bit more of a rowdy, misbehaved character. I figure that means she's a little less moe compared to the sensitive/submissive Mio, the saccharine/clumsy Yui, the pragmatic/independent Azusa, and the polite/soft-spoken Mugi.
man, rowdy/misbehaved is way more charming than saccharine/clumsy/airhead. i also liked mio a lot better at the beginning of the first season when she seemed more kuudere than "oh noes i am constantly afraid/embarrassed/crying!" :6

Actually I think it is a compliment that Ritsu isn't on the list. Moe is annoying and I guess this explains why Ritsu has always been my favorite character in the show. Though I do appreciate Azusa for all the loli doujins though :)
