Ya this is hardly moe, it wouldn't even qualify. Just because there are some funny scenes does not make it moe. I would say 7,8,9,11,12 sum up the show nicely. 17,18 is rare.

So far it just seems to be a harem with some incest and nudity thrown in there... well, there was a masturbation scene but that seemed to be for kicks after the main show... it's not that bad, though. A bit slow-paced but very pleasing to the eye.

Yeah it's not really ecchi. There's really no shameless fanservice. And so far, there's been no sex. Nudity, sure. But if there's to be sex in this series, it'll be way underplayed in favor of the serious tone. Just a good-looking harem to me.
