I would have thought that the pantsu and Yami naked would be censored like other shows.
Yami's tits were blocked by her hair. No need to blind it HEHE... Im happy they didn't censor the panties though. They did on my version of Rosario+Vampiure and I was so pissed that I couldn't finish watching the first episode of the second season.

Unless its a blatantly nude and full exhibition scene which this show is infamous for, lets say Lala, you can bet its going to get rays of light from the heavens.
But if certain body parts are not exposed, lets say "chikubi" and further south, there's no problem in letting viewers see the rest of the dick teaser.
For everything else, there's uncensored, paid cable TV for most of the time. But since this is TokyoMX, it can't be helped.
