I'm not sure such a pleasant and gentle smile is in character, but it's so very nice anyway. Demo piece has a bad left eye and they should drop the cheekbone sheen imo.

I like the Asuka figure much better than the Rei figure. The pose, color palette, and overall design are all really good. There is a lot more movement, and implied movement in this piece as compared to Rei where she is just a lump sitting on the ground.
