It's a live action Pokemon as if made by the same studio as did "Street Fighter" the movie.... But I LIKE IT!!! And I liked the real movie also...

Pokemon fits this formula better. It's a world that's supposedly realistic with bizarre almost surreal creatures forced in as "So what?" So the "Live Action" treatment carries better than trying to interpret the cartoon characters.

And, yeah, in "Real Life" Pokemon fighting would turn into "Underground Illegal Dogfighting" after years of mayhem. And for goodness sakes Ash didn't go to school chasing his Pokemon goals...

Anyone ever explore that tangent? How the whining PC groups screamed Pokemon was a vanilla form of "Dog Fighting"? And that was the time when the Feds and local Pigs started cracking down hard on that time honored tradition, mostly to seize money and property like bandits, they euthanized all the animals because the cost of caring for them quickly ate up their theft.

The pokemon design's a laugh but the acting, the story and the script, I'll give thumbs up. A serious turn like this sometimes quite good, though.

Purely malicious Mewtwo that force ppl into a headshot using psychic, Squirtle's shell got busted,Pikachu battle-scarred...oh yeah...

The "trailer" it self is freaking funny. It will be disturbing though if a company actually takes this, and then tries to make it into a movie. Of course it does look better then DB:E.
