Hatsune Miku Orchestra (HMO), from the cover of the recently released Yellow Music Orchestra (YMO) CD album has received a Nendoroid rendition due to its popularity, replete with long sleeves, keyboard, electric drum set, and other accessories and stickers.
The figure is set to be released in December 2010, by Good Smile Company.
Kagamine Nendoroids sold separately, although pupil stickers are included.

I think HMO (Hatsune Miku Orchestra) is just a parody name.
It's more of a tribute album, an extremely good one at that.

Honestly though, this looks nothing like a Nendoroid. It's really cute and stuff, but it just looks nothing like what they've done before.
