A lot of those are funny, but guys-- be fair, here. This is how animation works: inbetweens are often not on model...often PURPOSELY off model...to do a certain action, to get from one pose to another in a certain amount of time, etc. Now obviously some of those are just animated poorly to begin with, but a crapload of the pics that are considered bad here are just because they're inbetweens.
That's true. Another remarkable side to this would be that, while a person wouldn't consciously notice many of those in-betweens, they would still do so with their sub-conscience. This would then trigger different emotional responses to those scenes. For example, if we mysteriously find a certain action scene to be totally hilarious, it may come from ludicrously bad in-betweens.
I make it a habit to check up on certain action scenes that have a strange feeling to them. It's quite astonishing what slo-mo can bring to light in some cases.

Higurashi facial expression are epic.
There are some right creepy expressions in that anime Kuroshitsuji. Specially the new series. I really dont like the way they draw mouths or tongues. It actually makes me go "Urk. No. Just no."
