You need to understand the difference between ecchi and hentai. Hentai IS NOT suitable for an entire season of broadcast television unless it is meant for satelite but even then, why have pointless hentai when it is so hard to get watchable ecchi like kissxsis?

A hentai ova would be great. But since most ovas are spin-offs, maybe they could do differently and maybe make it as complimentary to the tv and 1st ova.
It would probably motivate those who only watch the hentai to also watch the original ova and the tv series. And those who don't care about the series and previous ova, won't care enough about a complex plot explanation, anyway... so a 4min summary would suffice, I would think.
