Hmmmm... While I agree that the idea of a Catean (or whatever the spelling of their planet is) of those proportions is more than interesting, real aliens would probably be very different. Real xenophiliacs would probably find sexy creatures like a tentacle monster, maybe something similar to an insect, a floating bag of gas or something else. Eris and the rest are too human looking for xenophilia. At least in my opinion.
