The PSP has received some hot sister-on-shota skinship action in the unlikely form of horror visual novel Corpse Party:

The rest of the game is the usual forgettable PSP visual novel, with a horror rather than erotic theme, though reportedly the game is selling comparatively well. The game itself is adapted from a PC doujin original.
I would play it if the fuckin game was in english

Its a shame that the proyect is stalled. But at least the first chapter is very very good.
