Uh. I guess it's safe to tell because no one will read this now, and the few nobodies who do read it won't believe me.

I think there are some copycats of these girls in action. Something rather similar happened to me late May, in Paris 13th district, at night.

There were two girls, looking/speaking like highscoolers, and though nervous, not aggressive. I was at the ATM about to ask for money when they tried to distract me with bullshit about something to look at some way. Until there, not much of an event.
As I did not get distracted, though, and was now taking back my card and waiting for my money, one of them went on with going topless, the other coming nearer and trying to grab money.

The rest of the story is boring. I've long lost any interest for real underage girls, including their breasts, and they failed to get anything from me. No one tried to grab my crotch, but I'm not sure how you could do that while I'm using an ATM around strangers.

Anyway, this plan seemed rather well-thought to me. I do not trust my fellow male citizens to be as uninterested as I am with flashes of young breasts, and coordination was rather good, in case I had been distracted.
