Girls aged 14 have been arrested after baring their breasts to men at ATMs in order to distract them so they could rob them of their cash.
The girls, aged 14 and resident in Paris, began a series of robberies with an unusual modus operandi – they would approach men and distract them by any means available to them, chiefly by baring their breasts to them.
In the first reported incident, they approached a man withdrawing cash and tried to distract him by shoving a newspaper in his face – when this failed one of the girls bared her breasts and grabbed his crotch whilst her accomplice grabbed €300 from the mark.
They apparently also robbed a woman in the same way, stealing €500, although it is not clear whether they bared their breasts to do so.
Police arrested the 14-year-olds and placed a 12-year-old boy who aided them into a home.
If this happend in Japan, the man at the ATM would have been arrested >_>

I think there are some copycats of these girls in action. Something rather similar happened to me late May, in Paris 13th district, at night.
There were two girls, looking/speaking like highscoolers, and though nervous, not aggressive. I was at the ATM about to ask for money when they tried to distract me with bullshit about something to look at some way. Until there, not much of an event.
As I did not get distracted, though, and was now taking back my card and waiting for my money, one of them went on with going topless, the other coming nearer and trying to grab money.
The rest of the story is boring. I’ve long lost any interest for real underage girls, including their breasts, and they failed to get anything from me. No one tried to grab my crotch, but I’m not sure how you could do that while I’m using an ATM around strangers.
Anyway, this plan seemed rather well-thought to me. I do not trust my fellow male citizens to be as uninterested as I am with flashes of young breasts, and coordination was rather good, in case I had been distracted.
On second thought, there was $25 at most to take, could have be half of it, so, not such a good plan after all. Still, I wonder if that plan’s been commonly implemented during summer.
That boy was smart.
I guess there are worse ways to get robbed at least they punished the delinquent girls vs their victims.
