I'm all for bullfighting. Bloody, horrible, barbaric, call it what you will... But bloodsports at least unleash the primal instincts in people.

That is, btw, the main reason behind the attempts at banning it. There is NO FUCKING COMPASSION for animals, save "Useful Idiots" raving for it who get on TV, just look at "Factory Farming".... I'd rather live as a bull that dies in an arena a hundred times than an "Industrial Agriculture" animal.

People really don't get "Ritual" and "Sacrifice" but they are part of what make us human. A bullfight is a re-play of the instincts man used when he "Hunted" cattle which were wild at the time. The reptiles simply entrenched things for a long time so the motions of life became pointless, "Bronze age taboo" for instance, then made it fashionable to overturn them.

I'm all for preserving bullfighting and bringing back other things like "Dogfighting". The only thing I object to is that in these recent two incidents they killed the bulls. It should be law to immediately breed the bull, so that future matadors can always claim to be brave! Matter of fact, with all the "Human Growth Hormones" put in bulls haphazardly, if we keep up this sport it'll soon become a "Gladiator Event" worthy of Greek Mythology with bulls quick evolving into Minotaur type creatures!

I really dont support normal bull fighting where they kill the bull afterwards, but in this type of bull sport they just leap over the bull and it survives. They carry no weapons and its all about their skill of jumping the bull rather than how "artfully" they could kill it.

I only want to say to of all thoooooooose pleople who think they can speak so quick, that it´s a pity you can talk so easily about a culture you don´t understand, you should think a bit more and try to understand our culture a bit before say a lot of nosense.

In Spain that tradition is difficult to understand but there are other countries which have a lot of crazy things but no one said nothing because now it´s cooler to said that "in Spain we are very cruel to animals" when no one knows the reality about a type of bull which can live because our culture, because that specie can´t do nothing ´cause it´s so brave.

Kinda hypocrite of everyone here to say how sad it is this bull had no chance of winning or surviving. You know, that meat on your plate had no chance of survival either. Its path to death had been set before it was even born.

Sure, eating meat is a whole lot different than torturing a bull as a sport. But I think that eating hundreds if not thousands of dead animals during your life makes that a draw.

i loved how the crowd dispersed while the bull was stuck cause i think my first instinct would be to kick it back into the ring. I mean it was a small bull too the crowd could have simply overwhelmed it by sheer numbers and pushed it back over that wire fence.

It couldnt even gain momentum with such unstable footing and so many bodies he troted through most of the seats. He even dead stoped there was just too many people for him to do anything kinda amusing.

Seriously, everyone is complaining about this poor bull. The bull isnt suffering that much. He gets killed with one hit in his heart. These sticks in his neck arent that painful for the bull. He hardly has nerves on his neck. An also, the bull has a great, better life than every cow from meatindustrie. I dont think someon should ban bullfights. Its an old tradition.
