When I saw an actually scary Flandre cosplay I thought that Touhou cosplayers are among the best ones there, but not the best. Then I saw Marisa, Sakuya and Cirno, so I thought "Okay, they are very very good, but there are still some better ones".
But when I saw them all... hands down people, even that Azu-Nyan didn't make me reconsider - Touhou cosplayers are the best out there
That girl doing the Yuki cosplay had some awesome expressions! Can't say much for her partner though.

Cosplayers do it to show of and be seen, so its mandatory they be photographed, otherwise its like it never happened. Is there a creepiness factor involved... only if they try to hit on the cosplayer after taking several shots (and they not good looking).
