The US military has issued a charming moe manga in an effort to win over Japanese sceptical of the value of an alliance costing them billions of dollars and the virginity of countless schoolgirls.

They probably do have some grievances though, which the military should address since Japan will probably always be our main ally in Asia.
I think the right thing for the USA to do is to take all our troops out of Japan as well as countries that don't want or need us. Plus, if we want to get out of Iraq and Afghanistan, we should focus on moving our troops over there so we can get the out of those countries where we don't need to be.
