Funimation is releasing Happoubi Jin designed oppai fighting anime Master of Martial Hearts (Zettai Shougeki Platonic Heart), aptly described as being “Where T&A meet KO,” and is providing Sankaku Complex users the chance to win a free copy.
The English language DVD (with subs and dubs as usual, and a seiyuu commentary track) is set for release on the 10th of August – it is available for pre-order now.

The localization actually looks pretty witty this time around. Can't really sell 'platonic heart' I suppose. lol
It's true that the localized title is somewhat original this time, but it still makes you wonder why they think they need to "westernize" the title in the first place considering the only people who will buy it know and love the game and anime with its original name.
...they don't intent to market this to non-otaku, do they? If so, major facepalm.

Don't be tricked! The originals which the artist drew may be damn good to look at, but the anime itself is just plain old bullsh*t... The animation is even worse than those low budget H-anime...

It is ecchi and it does have some "borderline ecchi" scenes (gropping, onanism, etc.) At least this content was available in the original japanese DVDs of Platonic Heart. If you watched Ikkitousen you might enjoy this, althought the fights can be incredibly stupid and the animation isn't that good. Also some of the "bosses" designs are seriously lame (and by design I only mean clothes, coming off anyways.)

If you don't like the dub you can just switch the language. It's what I do for most of the Anime DVDs I own.

Only if he's an idiot. Funimation freaking owns the US anime industry (in a good way). They cater to both dub and sub fans, and actually release a good amount of stuff on BluRay. Without them, there would practically be no anime in this country.
LOL! I would rather watch all my animes fansubbed while their still not licensed and with a supposedly "lower video quality".
Why I hate Funimation....well, if anybody visited the competition page you'll be greeted with:
"Entry conditions are one ... and a valid US shipping address"
Simply put, if you are out of the promised land, you might as well go watch paint dry(in slow motion, and with 8 reruns)
This is true for any Funimation content, if you are not in the US and with a valid US credit card thingy, go away! Funi doesn't want your money.

Of course I'm aware of that. But not all of them are. Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Eva 1.11, Dragon Ball Z Kai, FMA the Movie. As well as the upcoming Summer Wars and Eva 2.22.
Not only that, but their latest upscales (Ouran Host Club and Rin) are phenomenal looking. Way better than their DVD counterparts.
Funimation buy rights to sell in USA but then go after any English fansubbing group. This way it's harder to get anime in any other country. I.e. they behave like typical american faggots who think only USA exists on the globe.
