Child Porn Sweep Targeted Loli Manga

beako-loliconyamerundesune-by-torotei

A Canadian man has been convicted of possessing child pornography on the basis of some 2,000 sexually provocative drawings. Courts heard that “to call them cartoons is to trivialize them.”

As part of a 2009 crackdown on underage pornography circulated on the internet, Canadian police launched a nationwide campaign, executing 70 search warrants, which resulted in 57 arrests.

Ottawa police searched the computer of a 27-year-old man, finding 1,974 images they considered child pornography – 1,971 of which were drawings.

Courts later found him guilty, and he has just been sentenced.

A state prosecutor condemned him as a vile child pornographer on the basis of the illustrations – “To call them cartoons is to trivialize them.”

However, a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation was forced to concede he could not be considered a paedophile.

He has been sentenced to a 90-day prison sentence, to be served on weekends, and will be on probation for 3 years as well as being listed as a registered sex offender for the next 20 years.

He was also ordered not have unattended contact with children under 14, and to submit a sample of his DNA to the state.

I remember the days when being considered a paedophile meant you had been, or were currently engaged with, sexual intercourse with an individual under the legal age of consent.

Honestly, though; this is getting ri-god-damn-diculous. The moment the governments reign the real perverts into line, they go right on ahead in stamping out the figurative perverts as well.

That's it; if not even Canada is safe anymore, I'm moving to Point Nemo.

I guess you're not in line with the plan to chemically castrate any new parents so they aren't able to enjoy potentially sexually abusing their kids then? It's not mandatory - you can still have your kids taken away and be registered as a sex offender if you choose to keep the ability to have sex...

They haven't reigned anyone into line. The fact is that pedosexuals are STILL having sex with children all over the world, usually with the parents knowledge or consent.

They are just trying to make it APPEAR that pedosexuality is a 'deviant' sexuality so that they have a 'boogie man' to scare society with, in order to make them give up their rights.

It is soooo wrong. They have just given things rights like humans have.If possesing loli art is CP, then what about this stuff in sex shops? If someone buy dildo and use it should he/she be treaten like rapist because he/she fucked it without its agreement and what about sellers and manufacturers?
So what if some poor guy had about 2000 pics on his PC?He should put it like that:
"You know may be I'm downloading this pictures then take my hard drive and crush it with hammer and it makes me feel good.I feel like I have just cleaned world even if it's just a little bit.And whats more important there no such law that prohibits this."
And if those f*ckers still insist on fact that regardless of a reason he had it and looked at it then they should go to jail too because they looked at and studied every one of this pics.
PS:sorry for my bad english its not my language :D

if you've ever visited 4chan, and haven't gotten a new computer, or at least a new HDD/fresh windows install (format is not enough). chances are you too are in possession of child pornography, since it doesn't matter if you actually saw it, a web page downloads all the thumbnails when you open it, meaning its in your possession even if you don't know its there.

The problem here is that 3 of them weren't drawings...
It makes it a lot harder to defend loli drawings when they're mixed in with real pictures, since it gives people an excuse to draw a relation between the two.
    ...no pun intended.

WRONG! Read the latest United States Code on the subject. The fact is that lolicon artwork is L E G A L in the United States, unless you are talking about obscenity laws which NO ONE cares about, not even usually the police, because everyone knows that one challenge to those laws and NULL AND VOID!

Those obscenity laws are BLATANTLY unconstitutional, and even the COPS know it, which is why you rarely see them using it except when someone is pleading guilty to a 'lesser charge'.

But seriously can you even imagine how much headache that guy had because some stupid trespassing bitch saw him in his own house at 6:00am? Legal fees, good reputation ruined, it's been a long time since I read about that but if recall correctly he even got fired from work and lost or was about to lose custody of his daughter because of that shit.

Even though he said that he doesn't usually walk around at home naked, especially if his daughter and/or other people are there. He was alone in his house and just making coffee very early in the morning when he turned the light on... Since it's dark outside obviously trespassing criminals will be able to see him clearly... Fuck this world and it's retards.

Almost as bad as getting the death sentence for sorcery in the Saudi Arabia...

This is an excerpt from a paper discussing virtual child porn, link: http://ro.uow.edu.au/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1199&context=artspapers [http://ro.uow.edu.au/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1199&context=artspapers]

`The Canadian Supreme Court, on the other hand, has been more conservative than the
U.S. Supreme Court and has accepted the legitimacy of virtual child pornography only for
purely private use. That is, an individual can create and record any fantasies s/he likes but if
these fantasies include persons under the age of 18, then the individual cannot publish or
disseminate them without committing an offence.`

So as long as you keep your loli drawing hobby a secret its technicaly legal :P

Keep in mind that he DID have actual child porn, and that he had 2000 images of (admittedly fictional) girls being beaten and raped.

Also keep in mind that this man was actually discovered and targeted by police.

Just keep your head down, don't download too many rape doujins, and no one will care if you have Dance in the Vampire Bund or Kodomo no Jikan.

... OR you could download whatever you want, and encrypt the files. Your choice.

The 3 pictures of 'real CP' (albeit we don't know whether they REALLY are CP or just some lame pictures of naked children) could have simply been files planted amongst some loli images he had downloaded. Also, there's no way he would stop at 3 if he really wanted those pictures.

"[...]he had 2000 images of (admittedly fictional) girls being beaten and raped." Not so, good man. You're embellishing the available information. I've checked some sources, and I've seen no evidence that he had rape, bdsm, or any other themes considered hardcore. While those may be common themes, this man may have actively filtered them out, possibly leaving himself with nearly 2000 pictures of pure, innocent lolis playing in fields of sunflowers.

keep in mind it was only 3 which could mean he was surfing the web and has cache could of picked up by accident, also the case "focused" on the loli and the psychiatric said he "couldn't be deemed a pedophile" which makes it clearer that the chance that the so call "real" CP he had on has system could of:-
    A) be in has cache from website visits (4chan,imageboards,etc)
    B) could of been has kids taking a bath *he was 27 can't rule out if he may or may not have children*
C)women who look young, *they exist*
    D) just some kids in clothing or bikinis that they consider CP *can't rule that out*

you got to remember, that not every site is safe, visiting a site downloads all the images and data on that page onto your system and many image boards (a lot have assholes putting real kiddie porn up for the laughs), have idiots that upload real cp which can be saved in your cache and fuck you up, plus they said "considered child porn" not "actually" child porn among the three so we can not really deem that the so call pictures as legit, there was a case on sankaku about a guy who downloaded CP by accident on limewire when the file said "girls gone wild", the FBI kicked in has door a year later, even after he deleted the files, the info was still on has drive, plus seriously if he was a real pedo, why couldn't they deem him one and why only 3 images ? since when do pedophiles have only three images ?

You can get 3 real pics by going on 4chan once (stored in cache). I'd say it was probably out of his control. Otherwise, why settle at 3 pics?

I agree. It's time for people to get angry and loud with the courts over this, but unfortunately when you put children and sex in the same sentence, for most people their brains drip out of their heads like they never even had one.

It's time to realize that since children are BORN with FULLY-FUNCTIONAL genitals outside of reproduction, they are supposed to be having sex from birth or soon afterwards.

Since there is no 'forcefield' between adults and children's genitalia, it's also kinda obvious that children and adults are SUPPOSED to be having sex together.

This is NOT about protecting children in the slightest. This is about asshat adults who think that they have the right to tell children what they do with their own bodies, which they do NOT in the slightest, since children are not welded to their hips.

If you want to prevent children from being forced into sex against their will? Bust their IGNORANCE as soon as possible, as I did with my children, and tell them what the fuck sex is!

Firstly, you're probably right. If 'natural = right', that is. When children enter puberty, they should be having sex.

However, having a differing mindset hardly makes one a 'sick monster', and I see no justification for such condemnation.

Right in one. Contrary to what an earlier poster posted, there is NOT a federal law that says that lolicon artwork is illegal.

In fact, the NEWEST law passed after the last one was thrown out specifically exempted from the Protect Act drawn and 3DCG stuff UNLESS it was photographically indistinguishable from a real-life picture.

Even then, if you had 'making of' picture of it? You're off the hook.

The laws are getting more and more fucked everyday. Loli and Shota can't be considered illegal under CP laws because it doesn't affect any children whatsoever and there is no child abuse involved.

Plus, half of the people who determine that this stuff is illegal probably don't even watch Anime to begin with. For instance, say I have Bleach Hentai fan-art of Yachiru or Toshiro, A person who has never watched bleach would consider them CP because Yachiru and Toshiro both look to be about 10, but they are really 55 years old according to the actual storyline, So in fact their logic is thrown out the window because they don't understand anime like most anime fans do.
