It is set to be released November 2010.

yep. that is true. that's why I skip most of the 'unbalanced' figures. I have a Pia Carrot figure that nowadays I have to put an eraser behind the base so it stays in diagonal and doesn't fall. u___u'
Even though this is a great looking figure, it's still missing something...
Her perma-blush is missing, there is no lolfang (important!) and the last figure, albeit not of the same quality, did depict her cheeky personality better imo.

The figure is nicely made, but I can't get over how weirdly her pigtails are floating.
She's moving, so the pigtails are moving as well. It's a great pose, very dynamic.

IMO Movie is much better version
I stand by my previous statement, the face on this one looks much more natural. And while both still look good, it's the little thing like the eyebrows that I think are done more subtle and natural on Kotobukiya's. That's just my opinion though.
Movic's looks a little more posed for, while this one is more fleeting.
I'd happily take either, just giving my two cents :)
