I've never heard a good rapper really go into anime in a song the way Del tha funkee homosapien did like that super long ode to console gaming that was at least somewhat listenable. However:
MF Doom gave a shout-out to popular Adult Swim anime on a CD that was basically about the adult swim comedy stuff. That's not so bad. He also mentioned something about donkey-punching Judy Jetson.
And there's always Kanye West's liberally Akira-inspired video for "Stronger."
