Honestly... 24000 hours and he doesn't have an army of level 80s with a horde of over 9000 gold... this guy not only wasted his time but did it poorly =/ I played this game for 4 months; in that time I made a level 80 and got it to max gear end game level before selling my account; (before the Holy Paladin nerfs after patch :3)... WoW is boring and meticulous. Can't imagine what you can do with 24,000 hours and not be overly maxed in 1 character...

@Mercenary_guy: There's a high probability that it's love or a crush :) . These things are mostly the biggest drives for a human.

Did you play in beta? I think not.

4months to end game is slow even nowadays, pre-BC was where we all spent time, that place was ever so lovely, and not as rotted and easy as the shit they have now.

there are some people like me who just never raid. i hate the idea of raiding, and most community guild point system are completely fucked.

i happily play any mmo at the top end of the solo and group ranks, but i will never break into raid.

for playing that much he has pretty craptastic charackters, syndrom of playalot and suckalot

He dedicates a portion of the video to showing how he liquidates a character. I assume that's why his other characters that he deleted are poorly geared or naked.

Aww I wanted to see him at least uninstall the game and snap the disc(s) into pieces.

have you ever played an mmo and not made friends, who will stick with you throughout the game?

i usualy never do. once you break passed the low level areas and start hitting mid endgame group, you need friends or else you are fucked.

i have at some points waited over 7 hours to find a group, and this is when i was close to the top player on my server, and than the groups i got, i could solo the shit they wanted to kill.

most of the time in a mmo i only play characters up to 3/4 the way, than quit and make a new character and build it up 3/4 the way. the only time i ever go farther than that is when the characters i make are extremely solo friendly.

ive played less than him, have 4 80s decently geared and still have a life outside of wow, he simply just is doing it wrong and is a baddie.

Everyone, he is clearly almost undoubtedly as bad of a player as alidan if not worse, if you notice, he has the basic WoW UI on his main characters. I'm not saying not having mods means you're bad...but, it sorta does.
Also when you've played for 24,000 hours you'd think he'd at least have more than one 80, you can play like 20 days and have two 80s, and all of the bad alts that he has.
On another note, either he is terribly at math or he's good at making typos, with the results being: he played 100 days or he in fact did play 1000 days, respectively.

Based on how terrible his account is I'm guessing he has only played 100 days, not 1000, and I'm also going to guess that numbers with more than 3 digits confuse him, so he added an extra 0 on 2,400 hours (100 days = no big deal for most WoW players).

I played off and on for 2-3 years and only had the one level capped character. I didn't much care to have any others tbh

Then again I did level several a new toon to be my main whenever I didn't feel like paying the extra few dollars just to do a server transfer, but they were normally all of the same class anyways.

Wow that's funny I played one MMO for a year for like 2 hours a day got tired of it all and stopped.

Same, that's but my reason is because perfect world is bloody boring and WoW requires a monthly fee.

If i did pay for WoW i'll be hooked.
