I see the Taiga and Biribiri in her, for appearance, personality and voice, but no so much of Hinagiku :/ Well the only thing in common I find with Ookami and Hinagiku is that I frickin love both of them.
If you look at the original light novel artwork (especially the second volume), you'll see that Ryouku's design is essentially unchanged. She's not a Taiga rip-off; if anything, Taiga's anime incarnation is borrowing from Ryouku.

I would honestly be reluctant to watch this if rie kugimiya was ookami's seiyuu. Not that I dont like her, it's just that she is typecast and i got annoyed of hearing her voice all the time for similar characters.
