Bullies Film Schoolgirl Naked in Chair Bondage Outrage

nagi-vs-zange-crazy-bondage-maidens-by-initial-g.jpg

A group of schoolchildren face possible child pornography charges after their leader tied a 12-year-old girl they were bullying to a chair and stripped her naked, making videos of the event which she then sent to her friends.

The incident began when a 12-year-old Gifu prefecture girl was lured to the home of another girl with the promise of study, however once there she was instead taught the finer points of schoolgirl bondage, being tied to a chair and then stripped of her clothing.

The girl was subsequently videoed in this state, and her captor mailed off her videos to the other bullies and her friends, more than 10 people in all.

5 other incidents were also reported, including one where 4 girls and a boy called the girl to a supermarket car park and stripped her of her pantsu. The other incidents apparently also involved similar antics.

The school principal furnishes the usual platitudes: “We were unable to prevent this most regrettable affair. The videos have all been deleted,” and “This sort of thing is most unfortunate. We will take steps to ensure it does not happen again.”

The children and their parents have also made the usual grovelling apologies to the girl and her family, as is the custom in Japan.

However, the girl’s mother remains outraged at the abuse her daughter suffered – “This is unforgivable. I want the bullies responsible for this to be held to legal account for their actions.”

She had her daughter report the incident to police, who are apparently intent on pursuing child pornography charges against the children – recent incidents seem to indicate Japanese police are as enthusiastic about abusing child pornography laws as police elsewhere are.

As 4 of the suspects were aged 13, they fall beneath the Japanese age of criminal liability, which is 14, and so are liable to receive juvenile rather than criminal charges.

The girl should turn into yandere and take down one by one, this way the story would take a good end ... until she's under 14 it's OK in Japan, so what :) At least there would be some less retards in the world...

Out of curiosity why on this site are panties always referred to as pantsu? Just seems odd since everything else is in correct English.

People don't even know what pornography means anymore. Pornography by definition means intent to cause sexual excitement. In case you didn't know, that means women in bathing suits in beer commercials are pornography, by definition.

There needs to be clearer definitions. My personal definition would be content actually involving sexual acts designed only for profit.

Because as it is, everyone has linked nudity to pornography, when there is no link! Nudity does not equal sex, and sex does not equal pornography. Heck, pornography can be a beautiful thing. It doesn't have to be lewd. It ironically became lewd because of instead of celebrating the beauty of sex for entertainment, people drove it underground, and forgot about it, and then it evolved into its own culture of perversion, in the seedy shadows.

These kids did vile things to another human being, but it was not to create pornography. They were simply documenting their abuse, and then they sent it to humiliate her. There was no intention of selling this or even giving it to anyone sexually attracted to it.

I am so sick of the pedophile and child porn boogieman, that we completely comb over the real crime and convict children of needless charges, instead of looking at the real problems.

Everyone here seems fixated on the "porn" aspect and are missing the "kidnapping" aspect (more serious in my mind).

I think the parents of the bullies have failed hard and bear some responsibility for this.

As far as hentai/BDSM text/manga/anime/games/photos "giving the bullies ideas" (there's no evidence in this case that such materials were involved) is that when that material falls into the hands of youngsters, it does so without any sort of explanation.

Without explanations, they presume this sort of stuff is "normal", "ok", etc., which can lead to "Let's try this on Sally."

I'm not saying the material should be banned, just that it has to be more carefully handled and secured than it currently is. It's like radioactive materials - they're fine in their proper place, but things can go bad when they're allowed to escape.

(I'm sure this comment will be downrated by the ragers.)

The Principle of Legality: no person can be tried with laws that are not in effect at the time of the crime.

If there is no law that can persecute a 13-year-old on basis of child pornography a the time of the crime, the child will not be prosecuted as such.

Problem is that there might not have been any 'abuse' here. I've seen cases where children have 'playacted' extreme bullying like this.
Heck, I did it with my female cousin when I was 12 and she was 10, and yes, it was nude!

So, I am kinda skeptical about this actually being bullying, especially when I read that the so-called VICTIM sent these things to those people.

It should be, because some crimes kids don't deserve leinency. They stripped a girl and made a video of them tormenting her. That's basically torture on top of child pornography. But it's Japan, so their rules are different from our own, but their age doesn't change the fact that they uploaded something like that to the internet and damn near damaged this kid for a lifetime.

Am I the only tired of Japan's "Kaizen"-ing out of everything? If this had happened to my daughter, I would be so filled with rage I probably wouldn't be able to restrain myself. The mother is taking the proper actions, however the school is obviously indifferent, and schools in Japan never take any measures to prevent bullying in the first place. How many "steps" does it take to ensure such events from occurring? I understand they aren't omniscient watchers but the sheer lethargy and indifference of the schools and people in general speaks clearly of how much they are trying.

I really think they should take action against these kids. People underestimate children. Don't you guys remember how you were like when you were 12? I was fully aware of things like rape and such.

It's just that people tend to forget their youth and so they think they're more mature than before.

That's the reason why people always say "kids are smart these days", they aren't necessarily smarter. Adults just forget their own young selves and think kids are like retards.

Whatever your opinions about conflicts between cp laws and more important fos/foe laws, about how they're redundant to other existing sexual assault laws &c. or about how they can be misapplied, fact is that in this particular case they're used exactly as they should.
