Kinect’s dance title “Dance Masters” has been attracting attention for reasons which extend beyond its seemingly impressive dance gameplay…
Even if the scary rictus grin and forced enthusiasm of the blonde actress is overlooked, it appears quite a promising looking development in the area of dance/rhythm games in more ways that one, although the actual accuracy and control offered by the device in real-world usage is still a matter for concern.
Actual gameplay undertaken by some particularly unreliable game journalists is inconclusive at worst, impressive at best:
If Sega could somehow be coaxed into producing a Kinect version of Project Diva, it might well have something of a success on its hands – alas, this seems all too sensible a course of action for contrary-minded Sega.
Snnnoooppppp DDoooogggg in the House!!!!
Did this guy have anyone with a professional dance background help design it? The game itself looks good, but the dance moves too soulless. There appears to be no rhythm, just absurd poses and quick move changes. Now… dumb.
And what’s up with the sound track, I heard 90s eurodance music, that’s fucking gay! It even features Japan’s knockoff eurodance track, Night of Fire, from Initial D. LAME!
Nothing new. In a lot of American games you can run around in underwear and even jump around and watch as the skirt flips up.
damm this man look to the son of frankestein
That dude looks hard gay.
