Some inspection reveals the “1cm” difference between Saten and Mikoto’s busts translates into a rather larger difference than might be expected – whether marketing decision or continuity blunder, it is hard to say.

if only her breasts didn’t fluctuate from a c to a b cup we’d be good. I noticed it in the anime, but thought my eyes were just bad. Good to know that it actually is inconsistent animation and not gradual blindness.
