Walmart’s Chinese stores have recently been the subject of some attention for their unusual selection of merchandise, to western eyes at least. Live frogs and iced crocodile are amongst the most innocuous products seen in Chinese shops, but not normally the sort of thing seen in a Walmart…
A lack of cat or dog meat unfortunately precludes an enjoyable media frenzy in the US, although it is probably best not to enquire too deeply into the content of some of these foodstuffs.
OMG!! XD it’s at a “Great Value” too LOL!
You know you’re jaded when almost none of this so much as slightly revluses you. Probably the only thing I found disturbing was the fifth from the last pic, where everyone there was handling raw meat of different sorts with their bare hands. A cross-contamination nightmare. In the U.S. at least it’s packaged individually(chalk food safety here up to the USDA/FDA).
So Walmart and Communism can go hand-in-hand…
Of course I think of orange juice when I buy corn oil! Genius, Walmart, just genius.
Why don’t they have crocodile at the walmarts near me!
