    Well, I think this sort of thing happens when you really overstretch yourself to not put any panty shots at all in your show, but keep camera angles like that. I think that's even more distracting than pantyshots for precisely this reason, there are people who will super-scrutinize it looking for one for consistency. What's wrong with simply keeping the camera above their hemlines if you don't want to show what's up there?

    Some days I am almost ok with being labeled a normal, and this helps.

    Some otaku really and TRULY deserve to die alone and as virgins.

    I don't think you escaped it you are in denial that you are one, or thought you were one. Since it seems the definition of an "Otaku" has become so ambiguous. In surmise you thought you were an "Otaku" or Anime hobbyist i.e. collected figurines(along with at least 1 life sized doll), Anime DVDs, idolized seiyuu voices(stalked them maybe? idk), owned more than 2 dakimakura, wanted to have sexual relations with female/male anime characters, owned a shelf of Eroge, Manga, Doujinshi, Graphic Novels, Light Novels, can memorize many titles and identify manga, Light Novels, Graphic Novels, Anime,Eroge,Doujin,Nintendo,Playstation consoles,games etc.. titles and character names from them. Besides having this exorbitant amount of stuff occupying your room all spent on life savings or money stashed away for admission to a university. You laugh hysterically at references to Anime from other Anime that were referencing some other cultural reference that have might been mis-referenced altogether. Explain the reference to others in a condescending manner. Were a virgin, eat with your collection of figurines and post pictures during of them from holidays( i.e Christmas),participate in a website where you post .gif images of cumming on your figurines. You may have bought tissue boxes in bulk. You surf websites like SankakuComplex. Supposedly otaku come here. But they are more or less should be referred as hobbyist that vary to a perverse obsession of Anime culture if you are a foreigner. You had a lot of time on your hands. You may have become an "otaku" as a result of some insecurities or anxiety to be unable to cope with harsh the reality we live in. It was an escape as all humans we are accustomed to escape reality and retreat to our imagination. Our perverse awesome imagination that has in one hand constructed this world to what it is today and also borne Anime :D

    So... yeah 80 times is really way to long to spot that, maybe he was making sure he was perceiving with his vision that she had nopan. Yes it was either another animation error by KyoAni or they didn't think anyone would notice those little things.. They should know their viewers take everything about anime seriously and are Otaku, so when they see their waifu having a bad pan day they will point it out.

    Actually, its better if they left the few pixels out. If it was like that, there'd be debate, about if she's nopan or its animation fail. But if they took care of it and added pantsu? Otakus would go crazy, since they're sure what they see is pantsu. Panchiras are good. Very good. So, again, it's best they left it out.

    I don't quite get why this guy is even wondering about this for this particular anime..K-ON isn't about any ecchi scenes, or even hints in the slightest to it. Hate it when people try to make out something there when theres nothing. All this is, is just the artists missing a few pixels because they are so small its almost pointless to worry about.

    I really hope EN doesn't get wind of this, cause they will surely blow this out of proportion. Then K-ON will end up in the adult section of video stores.
