Yurippe Now Tower Records Employee

High quality anime “Angel Beats” heroine Haruppe has been spotted moonlighting as an employee at a Shinjuku Tower Records store.
The move is in tandem with the release of the fictitious band Girls Dead Monster‘s single, “Crow Song,” whose release is imminent.
Upon closer inspection, it also seems that Tower Records are also taking this chance to promote other anime based female fictitious bands single, including ENOZ (Haruhi) and Hokago Tea Time (K-ON!).
Expect Yui to be making an appearance if this proves successful.

Isn't it obvious that this anime is a complete ripoff? It's basically recycled Haruhi + a bit of everything that's currently popular.

Angel Beats! plot could suck or not, it will depend on how REALLY things are going to be unfolded on the plot (obvious or not obvious).
Now, K-ON is a Slice of Life. So you either like it or hate it. This genre has the single characteristic that it does not have a defined plot. The anime revolves on series of events that don't have or just have an limited amount of connection between them. Just enough to make the storyline coherent.
So your statement is like... out of place?

First of all: You've got it wrong. I'm not making an "excuse", because I'm not justifying anything, I'm just explaining why K-ON "doesn't have a plot".
Secondly: I'm not a K-ON fan, it's good IMO but there are other things much better, even in the Slice of Life genre.
Lastly: You might be a K-ON hater or just don't like it, I respect your opinion. But please, I beg you to read the comment well and try to interpret things in an objective way. Do not put "words I haven´t said on my mouth" or just don't label me into one of your retarded categories.

I don't label things as "best". However I think minicon(Working!!) deserves a mention for being amusing. Fansub groups for it could use some improvement though, but I don't really mind.

The show is good enough, I'll give it that. But saying that is one of this "season's best", it's just an overstatement created from the hype the show produced previous to it's airing.

Yeah, the CD just holds the 3 songs they preformed as a band in the show so far... (and maybe ever?)
There are two more CDs by Girls Dead Monster's to be released (Thousand Enemies and Little Braver) containing three songs each.
Thousand Enemies is released on the 12th apparently.
