those are intentional.
It's completely possible the staff were that tired out or harrassed to come up with something like this by accident. But - if judging just by these pics - this may as well be an inside joke.
If we don't see a misassembled mannequin on the first pic, the right arm isn't actually Ritsu's, but belongs to the person whose head makes that black bulge in her shirt. Her own arm is behind that person's back and obscured.
Mugi's hand is hidden in the sleeve, and what sticks out of it is a piece of tissue she holds.
Things might have been happening off screen about the socks as well, multiple layers seems to be the simplest explanation. If it's relevant in any way, there will be other clues.
