Fans are bewildered and enraged by recently unveiled screenshots for the upcoming Strike Witches Xbox 360 shoot-em-up Strike Witches: Shirogane no Tsubasa – graphics are said to be PSP quality, and all for a top tier $80 price tag.

Looks like a freeware game.

Some are even saying that it is the game which is the extra to the Nendoroid packaged with the limited edition.

Anime spinoff games have a deserved reputation for being little more than cheap cash-ins at the best of times, but this title appears to be plumbing new depths. Of course, that does not mean it will necessarily bomb – the fans in question are noted for buying anything.
