Busu-kawaii cosplay queen Akasan‘s latest appearance has shocked her fascinated fan-base with a total absence of duckfaced pouting in favour of a new image:
She also changed her name to “Akari,” though perhaps to fans she will always be Duckface.
Naturally, 2ch is distraught about the loss so great an idol even if it did spend as much time rubbishing her as it did praising her – this was apparently all part of her unintentional mystique.

Debate still rages as to whether she was actually cute, hideous, or merely the twisted construct of some anonymous Photoshop master.
