If I recall correctly 3D Custom Girl's license actually allows people to use 3D Custom Girl's content in their own products. The creators consider 3DCG to be more of a creation tool than a game within itself and they want to enable doujin game makers to produce higher quality works by utilizing 3DCG as a shortcut.

Ace Combat 6, Bullet Witch, Crackdown, Culdcept Saga, Dead Rising, Do Donpachi Dai-Ou-Jou: Black Label Extra, Espgaluda II Black Label, Forza Motorsport 3 ('sup GT5), Gears of War 2, Guilty Gear 2: Overture, the Halos ('sup whiny bitches), Senko no Ronde Rev.X and DUO, Ketsui ~Kizuna Jigokutachi~ EXTRA... and so on.
I think the trouble lies in the games you chose. Bullet Witch for exemple is pretty mediocre and a different witch far surpasses her in the fun factor (Bayonetta, which is actually something you could've said instead of Bullet Witch).
Halo is an okay shooter, they seem to be getting better now that Master Chief is gone.
Some of the games you spoke of are rather cliched in some cases, poor in quality, or niche to a point where you can find an equivalent niche title in a PSP/PS3 only format.
And ultimately, there's the PC gamers who have the upper hand in terms of both hardware and firmware. Note, I'm a console gamer.
@Anon 13:18: I couldn't have said Bayonetta because it is available on the PS3, and was also recently patched in order to reduce loading times.
And, even though I haven't played it yet, I ain't so sure that Bullet Witch is a mediocre game, as you can read here: insomnia.ac/reviews/xbox360/bulletwitch/review.php
The reason for me believing that review is because I know the reviewer has excellent taste on games, and in cases like these (and media darlings like the Final Fantasies, Halos and Grand Theft Autos) I don't take aggregate scores like Metacritic's very seriously. I mean, God Hand has a 73, and it's a MUCH better 3D action games than many others with a higher aggregate score.
Oh, and I forgot Mushihime-sama Futari 1.5.
