The online response seems to be divided between those concerned this innocent display of youthful exercise will be misinterpreted and those expressing a sudden interest in Nico Live and rushing off to register their accounts for some reason.
Considering just what past broadcasters have got up to their concern/curiosity is perhaps understandable.
