A woman faces charges of assault after she sprayed breast milk on her jailer.
The 31-year-old Kentucky woman had been arrested for misdemeanour public intoxication, but as she was changing into a prison uniform she allegedly sprayed breast milk in the face of her female guard whilst her bra was removed.
Police say the officer was threatened with a potential “biohazard.”
This resulted in a felony charge of 3rd degree assault on a police officer with a $10,000 bond.

The "Justice" system is entirely corrupted. They are all goal-driven and care nothing for any true "Justice", but only by the "Points" they get.
Thus, the police officers will be tempted to ignore a jabbering nutbag walking around with an axe as long as he isn't threatening anybody. They'd lose too much from their "Quota" of tickets they are supposed to write and just arresting him before he does any real crime is a PR/Liability nightmare. On the other hand, if the officer just ignores him walking up to a house, keeps writing tickets, then nabs him after he murders the family inside and walks out jabbering and covered with blood, he's "Mega-Points"! Now, I'm being a bit extreme here. I'll try to be optimistic and hope that most police today would still break their schedule and prevent this if they could, but the ones that do are at a disadvantage compared to the "Points" hounds.
Likewise, Prosecutors live and die by how many "Points" they get. Therefore, they'll look for the "Easy Target" and maximize that every time. Why do so many kids get charged as adults? Why do we have teenagers photographing their breasts and become "Child Pornographers" overnight? Simple, technicality victory and maximum points.
The drug dealers, the mature gangs, corrupt politicians, the big businessmen... They know how to commit crime and when they are busted they just "Lawyer up" and their well paid lawyers attack like rabid pit bulls. Too many attempts to chase those that actually do damage to society, a prosecutor could lose their jobs and have little chance of getting another. Therefore, they go after the "Petty" offenses, turning them into major felonies and doing far more harm than good, but getting paid well for it.
There's a neat book that exposes this, "How to arrest proof yourself" by an ex cop. It's stocked in Borders bookstore and on Amazon. Read it, it'll really outrage you!
