    You know, aside from the big three suckers there are other anime... try watching one of these:

    gungrave, evangelion, noein, bokurano, tenshi na konamaiki, kara no kyoukai, ookami to koushinryou, urusei yatsura, Basilisk, Shigurui, Kurau Phantom Memory, Planetes, Sunabouzu, Sci-Fi Harry, Black Lagoon, Baccano, Speed Grapher, Shuffle, Utawarerumono,

    well,.. this should do for now. Just to let you know there are acutally worthwhile anime out there. And they aren't crappy fighting shounen.

    I must agree.. 10 minutes of new footage in a 30 minute show is just atrocious. Really need to fix this formula.

    On a side note, WHY THE HELL isnt there enough good High Quality One Piece Ecchi/Hentai pictures? It's almost impossible to find.

    long running anime like blea/naru/OP have 23 minutes per episode

    on another note, i think some people trash the anime because the emotional scenes are better shown in the anime,so somebody mentioned to a troll that it didn't exactly follow the manga to the letter, and it snowballed.

    I think alot of people here are kind of jealous of Anime like One Piece, because it's been around for such a long time. In each arc, the characters do get kind of crazy, but the overall climax to each season they do is really heart wrenching. So I definitely approve of One Piece 100%, next it would be Naruto, and last it would be Bleach.

    What we have here are a lot of mixed crowds that have different tastes. I say a huge majority of people that lurk and post here are into a lot of the slice-of-life Anime with moe-like characters. These fans have their logical reasons for why they love their shows like K-ON!,Chu-Bra, etc. Shonen Anime (aka Battle Manga) don't please Otaku like this, so it's a given. A ratio of 80/20 (who might like shonen - like I said it is a small margin)

    It's funny how there is so many catagories of Otaku here. But I honestly think, that we should all get along and not troll posts to shows that you don't like, especially the shonen ones.

    I'm the kind of Otaku that likes every genre in Anime whether it is shonen, shoujo, mecha shows, bishonen (romance), magical girls, ecchi (softcore hentai like Ladies Versus Butlers), border-line ecchi (like queen's blade & Seikon no Quaser are almost like hentai). Maybe one of these days I'll register here like most people, because I think some people need to be inform of what shows that are out there honestly.
