Yes, something about this style doesn't make me think of the porn at all, but that fact that they were so willing to experiment and explore that makes me want to watch all of these and see what worked and what didn't. Really that's the only thing about the 80s I liked, the very chest-sinkingly strange feeling animated movies gave me.
