obviously you imagine what you think is the coolest when you read/interpret the manga, but if we were to all watch your own interpretation and the anime; anime would most likely be better.

I would say that Dance in the Vampire Bund deserves higher but the plot hasn't progressed much yet.
No I'd say it's what it deserves going by the competition
perhaps even more than it deserves
This just means I need to get to watching Bund.

Ookami has failed to entertain me thusfar. 5 Episodes in and I still don't really find it very interesting. Even Umineko was better than this IMO.
Meanwhile, Vampire Bund is gradually becoming better and better now that the story is picking up a bit.

I didn't like Umineko all that much but i like Ookami a lot more. Higurashi is still the best though

Omamori? I'd rather replace that with Katanagatari with it's long-ass conversations than have some generic fan service crap.

Katanagatari is the best anime of the season hands down. Followed by ookami and dance. Everything else is shit

Ookami and Bund is pretty disapointing. But yes, they are probably of the best series in this season. This season sucks...
It's unbalanced towards dialogue filling in its time. Good dialogue isn't bad, but like having too much of anything, it'll quickly sour the viewer's enjoyment.
The once-a-month release killed its momentum.
Katanagatari?
Many people dont like it and they have reason.
It simply boring, too much talk with no joke or interesting plots and no real action.
I enyoy Bakemonogatari, whose have similar built but it has suprerior graphic, tons of betafiul girls and awesome qoutes. I simply enyoy audio becoze it was and is good.
Katanagari is weak. And that is the reason.
But I must admit prolog(before opening in first episod) was awesome. But it get worse.

And also am i the only who got turned off at the male protagonist in omamori mainly because of his voice? i just checked his seiyuu and most of his roles from other anime didn't even bothered me.
