DVD marketing sham or puritanical TV moralists? Could anime and manga be censored based on breast size and the assumption that small breasts are childlike and anyone seeing them must be a malevolent child-predator in waiting?

Yep… thats my bootlegged Himari is censored just like that and unfortunatly, thats all I can get of one mof my favorite anime series. Doesn’t look like the US is going to license it.
However, only episode 1 of my bootleg of Ladies Vs butler is censored. Everything else is uncensored.
It’s best that you watch on AT-X, because most likely they show it uncensored. AT-X rocks!
