But the animation for the image was pretty fail. It would be way cooler if you had it so that it played an animated gif, where, if the device outputs a number between 0 and 100, where 0 is "no proximity" and 100 is "full contact", the gif displays a given frame:
F = (NF/100) * PR
where
NF = the number of frames in the GIF
PR = the proximity output of the device.

Assuming the gif is one forward "thrust". Reducing the proximity will then display the gif in reverse. That way you could act out the gif! It would be awesome!
