Sorry to ruin your fun but...if you havent already notice , Saten-chan only has 3 fingers on her left (your right) hand.
Sorry to ruin your "discovery", but if you look carefully, you'll notice that you can actually see her ring finger.
While it's vaguely concealed behind her middle finger, but it's there, at least the top segment of the finger.
So she either had it amputated like Altair from Assassin's Creed, or it's simply the angle from which her hand is drawn that's creating this illusion.
