No. It's a pair of Beretta 92FS Inox...Inox being Inoxidizable, or the slide/barrel and other parts being made of stainless steel instead of black carbon steel. The custom bit is the elongated slide/barrel, which I'm assuming Revy nicknamednamed Sword-Cutlass herself.

Liking anime and games doesn't make you an otaku though, it just makes you a fan of anime and games. Go look up what real otaku are like, not the foreign misconception of otaku, and then tell me some things that real otaku do to change people's image of them.

Nice pictures the 1st ones however minutes the black tatoo sticker are the way common girls looked in Oklahoma and Arkansas back in the 1970s and early 1980s oh 'maybe' without the gun but most had them then too. :D :D so I do know the show didn't see it but many of us had girls that looked like that then already with no cosplay.

Are those guns real? Something I noticed right off the bat is they don't have orange tips. Japan scores another point over the US, where orange tips are required on all fake guns. :(
Orange tips are required on fake guns because police officers can't tell the difference between a fake gun and a real gun when it's pitch-black dark outside. If they see a person reaching for a gun (fake or not), they tend to shoot first and ask questions later.
Japan has a total ban on firearms (and severe limitations on swords) which severely reduces gun-related crime and accidental shootings.

But you are correct in that handguns such as those used by Revy are illegal
I wouldn't say that Japan has a point over the US - the US government requires orange tips on fake guns because it is legal to obtain REAL guns in every state. Japan has a complete gun ban, so I suppose that all guns owned by the public are assumed to be fake.
I think #30 onwards has the face for a badassed girl like Revy.
