Let's just say that, storywise, seeing that a thing like Qwaser exists makes me view the otherwise pointless and idiotic shounen filler stories (eg the ultimate ramen quest) in a whole new light.
To me pure technical quality (animation, character image consistency, backgrounds, detailing level) and artistic quality is about the same in QB /SnQ.
You cannot compare the quality before you`ve seen both in equal, reasonably high resolution, not upscaled, say in 720p.
I like both anime as much.
