At least one of these sellers specifically welcomed overseas orders.
Bids over 5000 yen require a Yahoo Premium membership, which costs a couple hundred yen per month. There are two payment methods: via Japanese bank account, or Japanese credit card.
So even if the seller welcomes overseas orders, it doesn't mean squat if you can't bid.

The clothing alone can range from a few dollars to thousands, because some are limited editions made by REAL and Famous Clothiers.

That's really not expensive at all. I've seen limited edition dolls go for one mill. If people are willing to buy them then there is a market. Also these dolls do have correct anatomy, I have quite a few my self, but I tend to stay away from Dollfie Dream ones because the eyes are a turn off.
