Maybe this is viral marketing and he actually works for square enix?

Actually there is a naked scene for Vanille in one of the cutscene.
However it was only there for like a second or 2 second.
This explained why there is naked Vanille model

what the fuck is this? you cant say that someone stripped the 3D models, slip a nipple and NOT show the whole thing!

But it DOES appear in the game, when Vanille just comes out of her crystal...

I thought that's already been established, from ESRB explanations and cutscene videos

Nipples are photoshopped on. The actual nude model is like the ones in FFX-2, ie no naughty bits, that's why the guy cropped the screenshot in the first place.

Gotta admit, I anxiously await seeing full shots ( if there are any). I suppose we won't be waiting too long now that the news is out that the models are there.

Yah in a really old mmo back in 2000 I had a load of characters that were nakked and they wern't supposed to be. I was using Gforce card, one that had 25 megs of ram I think and it caused them to all be nakked. Still have the screen shots.. . ..

Those pictures posted on FXN is all that makuchan posted before everything got taken down.

One has to be suspicious though. If there is a full nude body, why didn't he post it along side with the portrait one? You would think he's seen all the assets already and would have posted all the nude ones. There should probably be one of Serah and maybe even Fang as well.

I also see a horizontal line on her neck area, (much easier to see if you look at it sideways) making me think the body was shopped in or something. Or perhaps a different body was used?

I dunno. Seems fishy if that's the only asset. Just a portrait shot of her showing just the top of her nipple. Have to wait for someone else to hack in and post the stuff.

Actually, the model kind of does appear in the game; remember the scene where Vanille turned from crystal statue?

The point of this model is from a sequence where Vanille transforms crystal to human... both me and my friend yelled "sideboob!"

yeAH, I remember such a program. I used it once to look at the FFX-2 characters. Rikku does wear pannies, but they didnt draw boobs on her during the transformation sequence. plus the dang thing takes SO much space and loads very slowly...on mine anyway.

This game took longer then usual to create because the developers spent half the time to create a nude version of one of the characters.

It does appear in the game, but only in a cutscene.

It's actually used for a transformation scene in the game.

Not the first occurence of such a thing either. FFX-2 had nude (though nipple-less) models for the three heroines, similarly used for transformation scenes, but also some of them wearing underwear that never appear in-game.

In a less risque category there's Woody and Buzz Lightyear models on the KH disk that are never used, and Castle Oblivion in KH2.
