Many viewers of the second episode of new Shaft show Dance in the Vampire Bund were doubtless surprised and/or elated to discover an unexpectedly massive amount of loli vampire flesh on display, ranging from frenetic loli dancing in the OP to Mina’s bare body being slathered with anti-sunlight lotion.
Such an episode warrants a bevy of screenshots, provided below…
The following screenshots mostly come from the show’s OP which was only now seen for the first time, as last week’s episode was more of a ‘Episode 0″ that did not have much to do with the show proper.
Mina and Akira are finally properly introduced to each other below, following a quick sighting outside Akira’s school grounds:
Substantially later in the episode, our protagonist Akira is called on to do the brave deed of spreading an anti-sunlight screen that had been preventing Mina from turning to dust onto her flesh.
Akira soon accepts, mostly on the grounds that any normal man would not find the naked body of such a young girl to be sexually enticing in any way…
As might very well happen frequently with this sort of thing, uniformed adults soon barge in, interrupting the happy proceedings – poor Akira!
Quite a while later in the episode and following yet another (spoiler-heavy) action scene, Akira’s true nature is revealed…
Cue the end credits a few moments after the scene shown above, greeting us with the same lovely image of lingerie-clad Mina playing over the ED as we had with last week’s episode:
The last image above shown at the very end of the episode is a fun treat, coming from Jin Kobayashi, the mangaka behind School Rumble and Natsu no Arashi!

If you read the manga the story is pretty good for a vampire cross werewolf story.

but their isn't much loli scenes and when they do show it its not really fan-service. like the virgin test was part of the story.
No matter what i say ppl will still watch it for that part or some other similar scene -_-
Nude version will be available on Blu-ray, they need to pump UP the sales after all, and I agree.

Can someone please tell me other animes that are similar. I'm looking for good seinen anime that has a good story with a decent amount of ecchi.
Seikon no Qwaser. Wait for the uncensored ep to come out near the end of the month, or read the manga. If you're looking for an anime that is already finished then I can't be much help. I'm more of a manga fan so I can't really recommend much anime. I'm not even sure which anime are classified as seinen.
Do you know any more in manga or anime? I don't really care if they are not seinen as long as they are not like naruto.

It's kind of a mute point isn't it? She's no longer human nor is even alive. This is all in my head because I'm...about 80% through reading Interview with the Vampire for the 1st time. It's a hell of a good book if anyone hasn't read it.
The book also has a loli in the character of Claudia. It's certainly a better book than Twilight, the characterization is stellar, not dry in any way. The emotions one gets when reading the book are also very complex and thought provoking, if not disturbing or painful. So far, it's more engrossing to me than the original vampire novel, Dracula, which, admittedly is dry at times.
Even though her form is young, she IS a vampire. Chances are she's old enough to be someones ancestor.
She's hot and all, but i dislike how masculine they make her chest look at times; its a turn off. I could care lest if it was purely flat, but at least make it soft.

Very good show, i was happy to hear it would be turned into a anime. The manga is really good too... but as usual things are getting switched up between them.
I read the title, I skipped the images, and now I shall go watch this (now awesome) show. I wonder how far (story wise) they'll take it. Quite a few volumes of material out right about now.
With this kind of ugly animation (mostly thanks to video quality) I can't even enjoy the loli goodness. SHAFT is really trolling us into buying BD/DVD, but this is too much for me. Dropped because unwatchable.
Even pointed my comment down, one can't argue that the animation quality is one of the worst these past years. Surely, they will redraw it on Blu-ray releases, but that's still no way to show on TV. Im a bit upset.

Well, would its animation be anything like almost all the other titles, I'd seriously this. I mean, I think this far it was superior to the manga's start! I just don't get why they resorted to low-budget quality. *sigh*
Now I'll have to wait about a year if I want to watch this.
I agree, the animation isn't that great, I think a lot of people enjoy this only for the fact it has loli which isn't a good enough reason.
In my opinion the animation is "good enough" that it doesn't ruin the show or anything. I've seen some real QUALITY shit come down the pipeline from japan...so I'll be thankful it didn't turn out being shit (or even utter and complete shit).
Don't see anything wrong with it, it's not like it's Minami-ke or Asura Cryin' quality.
If this quality is already below your standard then I doubt you'd be able to watch more than 10% of the anime that's being aired.
Minamike was a way better.
