I got about 50 or so ecchi figures myself and Im kinda surprised I haven't seen a lot of these before. I think quite a few of them gotta be one-offs.
The reason you haven't seen a lot of these is that a lot of these are Photoshopped (no, I didn't check for tweaking signs, I just happen to have a number of the figures in question).
A lot of these are either customized figures (seeing as I own a few of the "originals") or garage kits.
