Except for the compression artifacts the music sounds fine for me. Regarding the artwork, I agree they are not Renji Murata or Tony Taka, but I would be proud if I could draw like these guys. Don't forget that it's still a fan production and there is no Tokyo Design Academy in Russia.

I think a lot of people were offended because of the title, since even though the translated name is supposed to be 'Disability Girl', or something to that effect, the literal word for Katawa is 'cripple'.
